IntegraSpheretm
training is available for all components of Compact
Enterprisetm Operations
and Control Solution and Managed
Services for Technology. A choice of online
web-based training or in-person on-site classes is often available.
After the initial classes are completed,
clients may use online training for their newer employees, or
to refresh user skills at any time the classes have space available.
Classes are available for users in various functional categories
including:
- sales pipeline and CRM
- proposal creation and quotes
- manufacturing and inventory management
- customer support cases
- planning, ordering and procurement
- system administrator
- accounting and financial functions
- supervisor functions
- and more. . .
Describe IntegraSpheretm Deployment
IntegraSpheretm
support includes help for initial deployment and training,
and the ongoing support of users. Each deployment begins with a mandatory
Pilot program that supports a limited user group for a specified number
of days (usually 10 to 25) on focus area in their newly
configured system. Then the results of the Pilot are reviewed by the
Client and team. With satisfactory results and Client approval,, the
system can be deployed for production use.
Pilot deployments allow users
to get a realistic hands-on experience, and to establish accurate
expectations and estimates for completion of a full deployment
plan. Support
of deployment includes the following items:
- initial consultation to collect
system configuration and other requirements and details for
the client's business
- initial system configuration to
reflect unique business structure and personnel attributes, employee
organization, authority, access, and security set-up, plus process
and rules configuration
- initial system provisioning and
solution instantiation making it ready for online users via
their web browsers
- email or chat help desk support
depending upon time of day
- Free pilot deployment telephone support during business hours
Later, in production, fee-based remote
help support is available during business hours on a block-of-time
per month subscription basis. Most clients find that this is sufficient
support because the system seems intuitive and easy enough to use.
Email or Chat help is sometimes more useful that Phone help.
Client responsibilities include:
1) providing their users with suitable
high-speed internet access with sufficient bandwidth for their
user community (premium-DSL, Cable-Modem or T1 typically),
2) the specified type
and release level of web browser software on their internet attached
user-computers (Firefox, or Windows IE),
3) local and remote workplace networking and security suited to their
own user set and their business needs.

use. The systems are configured for the unique characteristics
of your business using screens available to your assigned system
administrator. Tasks like administering user names, I.D.s, authority,
security, organization changes, management changes, and system characteristics
can all be handled through the standard administrator's interface screens.
Consulting services are available to help with administrator tasks
when needed, and are offered on an hourly or daily basis with per
diem and travel charges included when necessary.
For clients who want to implement special
processes, reports, controls, or who need services that are unique
to their business, we offer additional consulting services. These
