| Provisioning,
Training, and Deployment is
the service we provide our clients who are implementing the Compact
Enterprise OCS Systemtm.
IntegraSphere Provisioning
IntegraSphere support
begins with providioning for the initial deployment and training, and
then continues with ongoing support of users. In the Getting-Started
Pilot project the provisioning includes:
- Initial system instantiation making
the clients instance ready for online users
- Initial system configuration to reflect
unique business structure and staffing attributes, employee organization,
authority, access, and security set-up, plus process and rules
configuration (for the pilot project)
- eMail/chat help desk setup for the
Pilot Deployment support
- Free telephone support setup for the
Pilot Deployment support *
When the pilot project is concluded, reviewed,
and approved by the Client, team, and IntegraSphere for production
deployment, these elements carry over to production.
* The user support in production is remote fee-based help support
available during business hours on a block-of-time per month basis.
Most clients find that this is sufficient support
because the systems are intuitive and easy to use. The
Email, online Chat or Phone support is available in production.
Client responsibilities for provisioning of pilot and
production deployments include:
1) providing
their own users with suitable high-speed internet access with sufficient
bandwidth for their user community (premium-DSL, Cable-Modem or
T1 lines in the number required for performance satisfaction),
2) the specified type and release level
of web browser software on their internet attached user-computers,
with sufficient computing performance for their satisfaction,
3) local
and remote user networking and security suited to their own business
needs,
4) user
personnel with skills and experience suited to executing the processes
being used and deployed by computer and networking means.
IntegraSphere Training
Training is available for all components of Compact
Enterprise OCStm Operations and Control System.
A choice of online web-based training or in-person on-site classes is
often available. After the initial classes are completed, clients may
register for additional online training for their newer employees, or
to refresh user skills.
Available classes for users include the following functionality categories,
and more:
- sales pipeline and CRM
- proposal creation and quotes
- manufacturing and inventory
- planning, and purchasing
- customer service cases
- system administrator
- accounting and financials
- supervisor functions,
and more
IntegraSphere Deployment
Each deployment begins with a mandatory Pilot project
that trains a limited user group for a specified number of days on
the Client's configured system. Upon
satisfactory completion of the test, and with client approval the system
can be put into general production use. Then the optional practice
of reporting on system usage and operation can be started.
IntegraSphere Consulting
IntegraSphere Systems are
delivered in a form that users find very comfortable and easy to use.
The systems are configured for the unique characteristics of
your business using screens available to your assigned non-technical
system administrator. Tasks like administering user names, I.D.s,
authority, security, organization changes, management changes,
and system characteristics can all be handled through the standard administrator's
interface screens. A training class is available for your non-technical
system administrator. Consulting services are available
to help with administrator tasks on
an hourly or daily basis with per diem and travel charges includedwhere
needed.
We offer additional consulting services on an hourly or daily basis with
per diem and travel charges included for clients who want to implement
special processes, reports, controls, or who need services that are unique
to their business.
