About Claude Feistel, President
Mr. Feistel is an entrepreneur, executive, and a specialist in implementing innovative advanced technology combinations to solve challenging problems. After a 30-year corporate career in design-engineering, management, and technology development, Claude returned to his entrepreneurial roots to found IntegraSphere Inc.

Today, Mr. Feistel sees a very unique opportunity to launch a breakthrough system or vehicle for small enterprise owner-developers whose ambitions are rapidly outgrowing their small business operating style.  The system applies a new combination of technological advances to lift the owner-developer’s burden of routine operational and management work, and it also adapts quickly to enable owners to capture business opportunities. 

Mr. Feistel's track record includes creative results in diverse projects:

1. Implementing and operating the first worldwide electronic commerce system to hit over $10B/year in revenue for a large manufacturer. Automating their channel facing business processes, replacing legacy systems and some very labor intensive methods yielded huge efficiencies and much greater process speed.

2. Defining, and architecting a system to replace the patchwork of applications used in fulfillment operations at a major corporate center. This roadmap identified millions per year in cost reductions, dramatically reduced error rates, and enabled faster customer service.  Many application silos are being removed or integrated as the transformation progresses.

3. Transforming development operations for a multi-division maker of computer I/O gear to eliminate millions of dollars in duplicate costs across the business units, and to streamline the product portfolio management with new systematic processes.

4. Defining, implementing, and managing an original product line management system for a new division of a major systems manufacturer, bringing best practices in customer research, market development, and product line rationalization to replace ad-hoc practices. This division captured their market leadership position with outstanding product successes, and sustainable processes.

5. Creating, developing, and operating one of the first large scale computer aided design systems capable of complex microprocessor development projects. This custom automation project supported design and release of the industries leading chip set of it's time, in a highly competitive environment.

To each new challenge, Mr. Feistel brings his style as an independent thinker, a fast learner, one quick to apply new findings, quick to accept capable contributors, one insistent on anticipating outcomes and risks, likely to find fun in the work, and a very good communicator.

Some favorite priorities are projects featuring inclusiveness, clarity, truth, teamwork, business integration, strong technology guidance, innovative business results, competitive advantages, and outstanding results.

Mr. Feistel is an honors graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and a native of Bastrop County Texas.
